Dr. Samantha Sells, PT, DPT, OCS, CFMT

Physical therapy has been the perfect profession for Samantha to blend her passion for exercise with interest of the human body, biomechanics, and optimal function.  ​Samantha loves working with people with a variety orthopedic issues to share her knowledge and help improve their quality of life. 

Samantha graduated from University of Massachusetts, Lowell with her B.S. in Exercise Physiology then went on to graduate school at UML where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. In 2017, Samantha became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and in 2019 a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art. Samantha has treated a multitude of diagnoses spanning from head to toe and the tools gained from certifications and experience have made her proficient in treating any orthopedic diagnosis of the body.

Samantha enjoys being outdoors and active. While running is her go to sport, she also enjoys swimming, yoga, hiking, and is learning to appreciate biking. She has completed various running races spanning from 5ks to an ultra marathon and triathlons up to half ironman distance. 

Samantha understands first hand how frustrating injury can be and knows the value of maintaining good mobility and muscle function. As an endurance athlete, intermittent treatment is often needed to keep us performing at the levels we enjoy.

Samantha is committed to getting you back to running, working out, and living life at peak performance levels as quickly and safely as possible.
